# Pindari Glacier Trek The Pindari Glacier trek is Uttarakhand's most accessible Himalayan glacier route — a 5-6 day journey from Bageshwar district to the foot of a magnificent glacier, without requiring technical climbing skills. The route follows the Pindar river valley, growing deeper and wilder as it approaches its glacial source. Key highlights include the Dhakuri Pass (2,860 m) with first views of Himalayan peaks, the beautiful village of Khati (last permanent settlement), and the Zero Point viewpoint where the glacier reveals itself in its full blue-white glory.
